Private room. 2 minutes from the subway, the best location! Spacious balcony and kitchen.

Suitable for the whole family to stay or for long stays (great for a month's stay!) It's a spacious house. Since we are renting out the house where our family lived after some maintenance, there is most of what you need for living. Located in a suburban residential district, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, drink tea, or cook the herbs I grew. Basic seasonings are also provided.

Welcome! A cute and charming old building apartment (35 sqm) awaits you that has been furnished with a lot of love. Absolute premium location, 2 minutes to the Isar, a 10-minute walk to Marienplatz and yet fantastically quiet in the backyard. for 1 person (if necessary 2), luxury mattress €1000, Nespresso coffee machine, bathtub, the best restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many very nice cafes. One Room Appartament I do have my own stuff in the flat, so it's not a professional Airbnb flat

Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung - sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bavaria / Theresienwiese - für einen Kurzbesuch im schönen München oder auch für länger! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küchenzeile, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.

Garden....living, close to Munich!

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
