The Little Red Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the cute town of Pine Grove Mills. Downtown State College & PSU are a 15 min drive. This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Hooting Haus Cabin | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Loft

Nestled at the woods edge and named after our resident owl, Hooting Haus is a European styled cabin retreat close to all Penn State offers. The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gather around a cozy campfire in the spacious backyard with family and friends. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Penn State campus and stadium, the location is both convenient and tranquil. Plus, it's conveniently located right near Way's Fruit Farm, which has some of the best apples around town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. If you love the countryside you will love it.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Enjoy a vacation with your family or friends at our newly renovated cabin. Located in a peaceful, quiet mountain, it is near several state parks and about 20 minutes from PSU. There's a large front porch with nice furniture, a cozy living room, and an upstairs loft to accomodate your needs. You're likely to see some wildlife, like deer and turkeys. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials and bed linens and towels are provided. We're sure you won't regret spending time here.

Your stay boasts a super comfy king size bed, full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and outdoor patio. The property is landscaped with lots of blooming flowers. This quiet and relaxing retreat is just 6 mile from Penn State University in Patton Township State College. Great pickleball is 10 minutes away. Uber and Door Dash are available.

Miss Gunney's Hideaway

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located within easy access to Beaver Stadium and downtown State College. Convenient on/off access to I-99 and I-80. Property includes onsite free parking, laundry, full kitchen, and fire place. This property is completely non-smoking/vaping/e-cigarette inside, but has a designated spot outside. Pets do live in the host's residence but not the AirBnB and will be present during most stays.
