Welcome to our very spacious (105 m2) and sunny apartment with a panorama view of the impressive Karawanken mountains. It is only few minutes away from the lovely Lake Wörthersee (7-10 min by car, 10-15 minutes by bike) and even closer to the nice city center of Klagenfurt. The apartment sleeps 5 very comfortably. The living room has two sitting areas and a there is a furnished balcony with sun all day long. Perfect for the morning coffee or a drink in the afternoon or at night.

In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Our cozy, separate guest house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including a carport. Ideal for quiet relaxation with all the amenities! An additional fee of €2.70 will be charged for the municipality during a stay.

Our place with charming terrace and superior location was renovated in April-2018. Its only 150m from the lake and just 50m from bus station. It is a studio for a family or 4 adults with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Tourist office and restaurants are located next to our building.
