Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und günstig gelegen, mit Wanderwegen in der Nähe und nur 11 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

Wir liegen ganz ruhig und idyllisch am Stadtrand von Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in einer Anliegerstrasse, direkt am Wald. Bettwäsche, Handttücher und eine sehr gute Grundausstattung sind selbstverstädnlich. Der bergische Panoramasteig für die Wanderer befindet sich gleich vor der Haustüre, sowie die Zu,- und Abfahrt zum bergischen Panorama Radweg. Haustiere können nach Absprache und gegen Gebühr (10 Euro/ Nacht/Tier) sehr gerne mitgebracht werden.

Very nice and lovingly furnished apartment for 1- 2 people with everything you need. Centrally yet quietly located because there is no through traffic. Easily accessible by public transport (5-minute walk), but also by car, for which there is a private parking space. We look forward to seeing guests who want to relax in the Bergisches Land or who want to pursue an occupation in Hückeswagen or the surrounding area for a while.

Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
