Très bel appartement au coeur du quartier Mazarin, centre historique, au 1er étage d 'un immeuble classé bien entretenu, au calme, vue sur jardin, très lumineux et traversant, orienté Nord/Sud, 4 m sous plafond, un grand séjour avec cuisine américaine, une grande chambre avec lit king size et une chambre avec couchage double, ainsi qu'un lit double sur mezzanine. Une sdb et une salle d'eau. Récemment rénové , tommettes au sol , literie très haut de gamme, meubles de style , équipements premium.
