It is located 200 meters from the beaches and in front of the Parque de los Pinares, completely outside and surrounded by garden. Wifi service, smart tv, linens, towels, kitchenware. The area has a bus stop, taxi, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket.

10 minutes from Santander, 5 minutes from Cabárceno Park, 20 minutes to Santillana del Mar. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen-dining room. In the house there is Wi-Fi, board games, electronic darts, etc. Located in the center of town, with a supermarket next door. It has a barbecue, a paella pan, and a plot of land about 30 meters from the house for the exclusive use of the tenants. NO PETS.

In the center of Costa Quebrada with 10 beaches, the closest just 1.5 km away and the rest less than 10 minutes away, public transport stop 40 m away, perfect if you want to travel to Santander in 20 minutes. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchenware. You will not find things like sugar, salt, oil, etc. in the area we have all kinds of services
