Despite being an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city (the structure is in fact entirely surrounded by woods), from the farm you can reach in about 20 minutes by car: Lucca and its architectural beauties, Pisa and its leaning tower and Viareggio and the sea of Versilia!

The kitchen is new with a dishwasher. There is a pellet stove and a TV with TivuSat. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. You can request the use of the dryer (not present in the apartment). The heating is self-contained. Utility consumption is included.
