Once home to the architects of the Cathedral and later to the bell-ringer, it stands at the foot of the bell tower — but the bells never ring, ensuring peace and restful sleep. Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Farmhouse with masonry mainly in stone. Internally, it is plastered and whitewashed. The kitchen, entrance and bedroom floors are in terrazzo tiles. All furnishings have been renovated. The kitchen is new with a dishwasher. There is a pellet stove and a TV with TivuSat. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. You can request the use of the dryer (not present in the apartment). The heating is self-contained. Utility consumption is included.

Il Troncolo is a beautiful farmhouse with the typical architecture of Tuscan farm buildings, built in the mid-1800s. The farmhouse with its large garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the private Migliarino Natural Park, owned by the Salviati family since 1500. The fully fenced farmhouse, formerly used as the residence of the gamekeeper, was renovated in 2007 respecting tradition and preserving the original architectural elements.

BorgoMetato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
