The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house (three residents). The main entrance to the building is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but it is also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 sqm) has a living room, two bedrooms – one double bed and two single beds – and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom can be accessed via a small hallway that is occasionally used by the other residents of the building. The patio in the courtyard can also be used in good weather.

The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating. Directly opposite the “Alte Feuerwache”, a venue of the Saarbrücken State Theater, our vacation apartment is idyllically situated in a typical rear building in Saarbrücken's old town. The 3.5% lodging tax payable by guests is already included in the total cost. For children aged 1 year and older, we charge a fee of 10 euros per day to cover the additional cleaning costs; therefore, please do not book them as “toddlers” but as additional guests.
