Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, welche zudem Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus bietet. Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are about 5 minutes' walk away.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
