SLEEPING Rest comfortably on a deluxe queen size mattress topped with memory foam along with down pillows and a down comforter. Duvet covers are always freshly laundered. Bed linens are 650-thread count Egyptian cotton. There are two spa quality robes hanging in the closet for your comfort and enjoyment. A brand new American Leather queen-size plus sofa bed comfortably accommodates two additional guests. KITCHEN The apartment’s gourmet kitchen includes brand-new deluxe appliances: a five-burner DCS dual fuel range, a Bosch dishwasher and a Fisher Paykel refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also features handmade cabinets, slab granite counter-tops, a stainless steel microwave, a coffeemaker and complimentary Caffé Vita beans. LIVING ROOM The furnishings are classic and mid-century modern inspired. This includes an original marble top Knoll Saarinen table surrounded by European chairs in white leather. Hundreds of channels are available on high definition cable, and there is a Blu-Ray DVD player with a 60" HDTV. You may also simply listen to FM, CDs or your iPod on the stereo -- all of this while comfortably seated on a full grain leather sofa or mohair chairs. BALCONY, GARDEN AND HOT TUB Double French doors open out to a large balcony decked in Brazilian Teak, featuring a view of the professionally landscaped grounds beneath. From the balcony, a private stairway takes you down to a 1,400 sq. ft., terraced Montana slate pathway leading past a 6-person hot tub. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: -Nine+ foot high ceilings in the living, dining, bedroom and bath -Custom mill work and cabinetry -Door panels in milk glass, allowing light to generously flow through the space while still maintaining privacy. -Granite tile and hardwood floors -Maytag Epic 2 High Efficiency Stackable Washer/Dryer -A small work nook with a combination printer/fax/copier. -Free Wi-Fi -A phone line with unlimited nationwide calls. The entire apartment plus the deck, yard and hot tub. The deck, yard and hot tub are for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. There is a washer and dryer dedicated to the apartment located off a common area stairway. The upstairs house has its own dedicated washer and dryer so there is no sharing of the equipment. The entry is a pocket door across from the kitchen and through another pocket door into the laundry room. Garbage, recycle and compost is through the laundry room and into the garage. We aim to respond to guest messages as promptly as possible, and are easily reached via phone, text and email. Our intent is to remain quietly in the background, but to be easily available should guests need assistance. This property is located between Downtown Seattle and the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood which features many great restaurants, bars, theaters, music venues, and coffeehouses. Ten minute walk to Lake Union and 15 to the Space Needle. Easy access to Amazon, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Museum of History and Industry, and The Museum of Pop Culture. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. A short, transfer-less ride will take you directly downtown, or if you care to walk to the Space Needle, the Seattle Center, or EMP, they are located one mile away.

You are welcome in my home! It's a well-maintained two-bedroom 1920 Craftsman house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to both Greenlake, the University of Washington, and Wallingford. I've got central A/C + Hepa, extremely comfortable Leesa beds, a 65 inch 4K flatscreen with YouTubeTV/Amazon, gigabit Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace to get cozy and a fully-fenced backyard with hot tub grill and outdoor dining. Lovely 1-bedroom retreat with hot tub

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. Our indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we do not have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you’ll hear signs of life occasionally.
