Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Accommodation in the heart of Aosta with private parking

My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Piazza Roncas and Piazza della Cattedrale, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the train station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with children).

A bright room features a spacious bed with soft linens. Natural light floods in from the window and skylight, highlighting the wooden beams above. A wall-mounted TV is positioned across from the bed, and a door leads to an exterior space.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

A dining area features a long wooden table accompanied by benches, complemented by a vintage cabinet. Warm yellow curtains frame the window, allowing natural light to enter. Exposed wooden beams overhead add character, while a bookshelf holds a collection of books.

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
