The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Elegant apartment of 45 sqm with a magnificent view of the natural bay of the city of Samos. The distance from the center is 1.2 km, with private parking. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has an open plan living room with a kitchen, a large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom.
