Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

Bright and comfortable, you will find all the essentials for 6 people. Come and enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of nature. Numerous hikes and walks possible, river fishing, Lake Thuile 10 minutes away, Lake Bourget 30 minutes away, Lake Annecy 50 minutes away. Superb quiet apartment, completely new, cozy, with parking space in front of the accommodation. Facing south, you will have a nice terrace and a private garden (mountain view), you will enjoy a comfortable room with a large double bed, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilet. You will be 45 minutes from the first ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5min away.

Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Kick back and relax in this quiet space. 3-minute drive to the highway, you do not notice the noise. You have a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen/living room. The village of Porte de Savoie is in the middle of the vineyards between the Bauges and La Chartreuse Natural Parks; enough to hike, bike or, of course, visit the cellars of Savoie! We offer you this beautiful totally independent 90 m2 apartment in our house. Located in Puygros, in a green setting, at the foot of Pointe de la Galoppaz (hiking departure 100 m away), 30 min from the ski resorts, 5 min from Lake Thuile.
