All amenities in the resort at the foot of the apartment including 2 convenience stores, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, shops, heated pool (for a fee), cinema, ski lifts, Tourist Office. The studio is a 30-minute drive to Briançon, 50 minutes to the Italian border and 2 hours to the city of Turin.

Beautifully renovated apartment (38m2) in a detached chalet. Located in the quiet and very conveniently district Les Prés 1400 of Puy St Vincent, just 200 m from the ski slope, 50 m from the supermarket and in the immediate vicinity of all imaginable outdoor activities. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a lovely south-west-facing balcony with breathtaking views. Spacious and tastefully designed furnishings for 1-4 people.

The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent.
