Drinking water in a canister. Parking space and an old barn 100 m from the cottage, where there is a fridge and a water point. There's a pond next to the cottage where you can swim or go paddle boarding.

The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowboat.

In summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As our guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the cosy surroundings of our small house (40 m²). From the motorway, you can reach our property by car in a few minutes; we are 3.5 km from the centre of Jyväskylä.

The traditional wood-fired sauna offers relaxing steam, and after the sauna you can dive straight into the clear waters of Lake Päijänne.

Our studio is cosy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens up directly into the apartment.

Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
