Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.
