Casa Isabel is an apartment for 2-3 people. It has a separate entrance and a parking space. With its 40 square meters, it is suitable for couples or a small family. It has a large fenced garden for exclusive use of about 500 m2, which makes it particularly suitable for guests with pets in tow, also given the proximity of the beautiful beach for dogs of Perelli1.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
