No. 1/Southern outskirts with good connections

The small, charming accommodation is located directly on the nature reserve in a prime residential area on the southern outskirts of Hamburg. Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? Please let us know and we will try to help where we can... The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. The quiet forest edge location on the nature reserve, the proximity to Harburg City Park, Haake and the Harburg Mountains invites you to take long walks or bike tours. Despite this quiet location, you can get to downtown Hamburg, the trendy districts, the Reeperbahn and the musical theaters very quickly. 550 meters away is a kiosk with fresh bakery rolls, 800 meters away is a shopping mall with an excellent bakery (Bäcker Becker), Edeka, Penny, pharmacy, bank (Hamburger Sparkasse), drugstore, fishmonger, hairdresser, stationery store and optician. 496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.
