Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.
