There is a heated swimming pool 12 meters long (heating at an additional cost), a beautiful space with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 4 bathrooms, entertainment with a huge 65" TV and an outdoor projector with a TV box, a trampoline, and a basketball hoop. The villa is carefully furnished, and great attention has been paid to the details. Suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers as well as two terraces. In front of the house there is a parking lot for several vehicles. The house is located in a populated area and parties are not allowed, it is necessary to adhere to the house rules (loud music as well as loud talking and shouting are not allowed).
