A pre-war house located in the oldest part of Przesieka, among the Karkonosze forests, streams, and mountain trails. Since the 1930s. In the 20th century, this place was used for recreation - formerly as the Sudeten guest house Bergesruh, meaning "Mountain Peace." Time goes slower here. Mornings begin with coffee on the porch and the sound of a nearby stream, and evenings end by the fireplace, in a silence broken only by the sounds of the forest. This place is made for slowing down, taking a breath, and being close to nature.

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Ground floor: living room, bathroom with toilet,kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds , seating area, 8.5 m2 balcony. Bedroom 2-one double bed, entrance to room from bedroom - study or children's bedroom (2) Attic: 2 single beds, sitting area/corner for playing cards. The area of the plot of 1.5 hectares.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. In winter, heated, air-conditioned in summerFor rest and quiet.
