The house has multiple terraces: private adjacent to the house overlooking the city and river, and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

There are 3 lovely bedrooms (two with a wonderful seaview and desk), a renovated bathroom, a livingroom with a little kitchen and a 26sqm private rooftop terrace with open seaview and outdoor kitchen. The old house is just 5 meter away from the beach and directly in the center of Prvić Luka, one of the two old villages on Prvić - a island with no cars.
