This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

The cottage offers plenty of space for large families or small groups up to 12 people over 200m2. On 2 floors, there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
