La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Ancient stone house immersed in the Umbrian countryside, located within the medieval village of Civitella D'Agliano. It is strategically located between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, a stone's throw from Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. Recently renovated with great attention to maintaining the character of a 16th-century building, it is located in the historic part of the town on the main access road to the old village: Via Cacciagliatri.

The accommodation is located inside our house, with independent entrance, on the ground floor. 70 square meters open space, in a quiet residential area of the city of Terni, an excellent location to easily reach the most important tourist destinations in the area. Guests will have a very comfortable place to stay, a small outdoor garden and convenient parking. The guest lair is a modern space fully equipped, it has everything you need for your stay.

Civita Nova

Civita Nova is 250 m from the town center. The village of Civita can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, but there is also a shuttle service 300 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linens are included as well as self-service breakfast.

Es ist etruskischen Ursprung, erbaut mit Tuffstein. Stadtkern und Gebäude sind mittelalterlich bzw. tragen die Handschrift der Familie Farnese. Vom Balkon aus beobachten Sie das Treiben im Städtchen. Es gibt kein WLAN aber vollen mobilen Handyempfang 4G/LTE.
