Spacious studio with freshly renovated and furnished sea view, with very comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, espresso machine, moka,washing machine, kettle. It has a small terrace with a wooden table for eating at the sea. Located in Rimini Bellariva on the seafront with beautiful breathtaking views( 5 floor with elevator) , in front of bathroom 86/87. Served by trolleybus 10 and 11 (stop 21 a few meters from the apartment, it connects the train station with the coast of Rimini and Riccione) and the stop is called Toscanini(about 200, new surface metro). During exhibition periods, dedicated shuttles are available for transportation to the fairgrounds and return. A little blue house on the beach

Small two-room apartment on the ground floor in the border area between Viserba and Viserbella. Intimate and welcoming environment, 60 meters from the beach, 6 km from the historic center of Rimini and a 10-minute drive from Rimini Fiera. There is a WiFi connection, cooking utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and sheets, two TVs and finally two bikes that are included in the price of the stay. All views are on the condominium's private property for the benefit of greater privacy.
