Ca' di Campagna in the green Val Vezzeno

Ca' di Campagna is located on the Piacenza hills, a strategic point for several places of interest. In the house you will find a living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds, covered terrace (unheated) with ping-pong, foosball and games for children, a space to read or relax with a board game, laundry, fenced courtyard, garden equipped with a corner for children (sandbox)... a space particularly suitable for families.

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
