Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

It is a short walk from the main train station, a five minute drive from Abruzzo airport and easily reached from the motorway exit. It is perfectly located for those people who would like to be in the centre of the city and there are many bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Comfortable newly renovated two-room apartment in a fenced building with a spacious atrium. Located in front of the sea and pine forest, minutes from downtown Pescara. There are several bathing establishments, but also some free beaches. Bus stop under the house, a supermarket 300 metres away and a shopping centre with cinema about 3 km away. Bike path and park road connecting Montesilvano with Pescara, great for motorcycle activities such as jogging and long walks.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
