The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Excellent studio in the historic center of Pesaro, bright, with hallway and bathroom, located on the second floor with private entrance and staircase and direct access from the street. There is a mezzanine double bed (140x200) and a pouf that can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with a slatted base (80x200). The studio also has a large 5-seat sofa, a kitchen area with table and chairs. In the spacious bathroom with window there is a large shower and a washing machine.
