Il Molinello è un antico mulino immerso nella natura, ideale per chi ama il silenzio. E' stato interamente ristrutturato per renderlo accogliente e funzionale, ma conservando le caratteristiche originarie che lo rendono un luogo speciale. Accanto all'edificio scorre il rio che in passato azionava le macine, e che crea piccole cascate e vasche di acqua limpida e freschissima. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalla Via degli Dei, e dista 25' dal casello di Rioveggio (l'ultimo km è su strada sterrata).

You will have two charming residences located in the same building, one on the third floor and the other on the fourth floor in the heart of Piazza Pomposa. You will also have access to the common panoramic terrace on the roof of the building where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the Ghirlandina and the rooftops of ancient Modena. The two residences can accommodate up to 6 guests each. You will be provided with a free pass to access and park for free in the historic center.

The property offers its guests a fully equipped shared kitchen, a coin-operated laundry room and a workshop space - bike equipped for small repairs. The room & breakfast is in a two-story building owned exclusively by our family. On the second floor, my wife Elisa and I have the name of the room & breakfast, completely renovated an apartment where 4 rooms were set up, each with an en-suite and private bathroom and a common kitchen where breakfast is served. The apartment is furnished with a modern style with design elements.
