L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Bed and Breakfast A Casa di Giulia Modena

Appartamento con ingresso indipendente, a pochi minuti dal centro di Modena - in zona Maserati e a pochi passi dal Museo Casa Enzo Ferrari. E' la soluzione ideale per chi ama stare in città ma preferisce riposare nella tranquillità di una strada residenziale. Per gli ospiti con amici pelosi, nella stessa strada si trova un parco con "area cani". Comodo alla tangenziale, all' autostrada e alla stazione centrale. Nel prezzo è esclusa la tassa di soggiorno, da pagare in loco all'arrivo.

Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT. Tourist tax not included 2,5€ per person per night.

The family below is very welcoming, and happy to host you! We grow our own fruit, nuts, and even make our own wine, sauces, and pastas from scratch! Come join us!

Cozy hilltop retreat with midcentury decor

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Thank you for reading this!

Farm Apartment

Mutina Animalia ENPA is an oasis of the National Animal Protection Association, a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION that deals in particular with farm mammals. Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away. The area is completely fenced and has an entrance independent of the facility and the animal area. Four-legged guests will be very welcome!

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Nello stesso edificio è disponibile uno stesso e identico alloggio delle medesime dimensioni (Casa Chiodo Galleria)

Located on the main street in the center of the city on the top floor of a historical building within walking distance of the bus station and a two-minute bus ride from the train station. Includes a kitchen/living room area, a bedroom and bathroom. Recently remodelled. Air conditioning, TV and wifi.

Located in the historic center in the Pomposa area, a few steps from the evening meeting places and the UNESCO heritage Cathedral. Dating back to the early 1800s, the house is a single dwelling on 3 floors with an internal courtyard, internal elevator and terrace between the roofs.
