From here you can enjoy the beautiful view on the Gulf of Poets, you can relax while using the pool (shared with the other rented apartments) and sunbathing in the terrace. Available for this apartment there is an exclusive terrace independent. The parking next to the apartment is free and there is an EV charger available.

Relax in this villa surrounded by greenery and the silence of the open countryside, surrounded by plants and fruit trees and located just 4 km from Pontremoli. Renovated in 2024, the property is totally independent. It consists of two floors, one of which is barrier-free and therefore fully accessible to people with disabilities and the elderly. We promote sustainable mobility by providing our guests with an electric car charging station.

Giotto's House

Centrally located city apartment renovated in 2021; it is very comfortable and bright. It is ideal to see my beautiful city, the 5 Terre and the nearby villages such as Portovenere or Lerici. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the railway station, 10 minutes on foot from the ferries to the island of Palmaria and Portovenere and from the bus. It is very quiet although it can be easily reached by car with free parking at 50 meters.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 1000 square meters. There is a free private parking space. The garden is NOT for exclusive use, but shared with the owners of the property (a young family). Guests will have a barbecue for grilling, as well as an outdoor table and chairs for dining in the shade of a gazebo. There are hammocks and sunbeds for relaxing and sunbathing.
