Typical independent house of 60 sqm: one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a veranda and a terrace offering a beautiful view of the lake. The area is very quiet, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the lake and its surrounding mountains. We provide guests with a garage for their car. It is also possible to book a creative experience at Tiziana's art workshop, located near the house

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Quiet position, with a little garden and large terrace with lake view, where you can enjoy romantic dinners and lazy days in the sun. Not far from the village centre and its many facilities, that can be reached with a short drive or a 15 minutes walk (downhill, a bit more uphill). But far enough to feel away from it all. This solution has four comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and a dining/kitchen area adjacent to the rooms. You will be immersed in a splendid park with large common areas and a large swimming pool.. In the morning a delicious breakfast with local products is served.

It is situated about 500 meters far from the city centre and 500 meters away from the medieval village of Coreano Plinio. It is perfect for couples or group of friends.
