The property is located in Casalbordino, on the Trabocchi Coast, between Fossacesia and Vasto, a few km from the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, which can also be reached by footpaths.

Single house that is 5 minutes from the center of Chieti. Ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside.
