Lovely apartment surrounded by greenery

In the middle of the Marche countryside, a quiet place to relax surrounded by nature. For those who dream of a stay by the sea but away from the hustle and bustle of crowded places (about 10/15 minutes). Independent house, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful garden. Also ideal for families. Reachable in a few minutes by car are some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, such as Mondolfo, Corinaldo, Mondavio... for a vacation halfway between the blue of the sea and the green of the hills.

The beach is about 400 meters walk along a flat road. The position of the apartment is slightly away from the comings and goings of other vacationers, making it an idyllic nest, for a couple's aperitif at sunset or while doing your wake-up yoga , while watching the sun rise.

The perfect place to enjoy Le Marche

If you want to escape the stress of the city, to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, this is the ideal place. The house is isolated near the small hamlet of Varano, 6 km from the city center of Fabriano. The house is structured on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped with everything, a very large room with a sofa and a very welcoming fireplace.
