Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; it is in our charming house that you will spend a relaxing stay. This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a bed. For sunny days, relax in our small shaded courtyard. Please be aware that the stairs to access the rooms are steep.

In an inhabited U farmhouse, this apartment, with its independent entrance is located on the floor of a fully renovated old chicory dryer. Featuring a large living room of more than 30m2 with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave), separate toilets, a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room.
