The house with a garden offers plenty of space for families or small groups. It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Wir, Familie Hofer, heißen Sie in unserem Ferienhaus auf unserem Biobauernhof in Kirchberg am Wechsel herzlich willkommen. Unser Hof liegt in der Buckligen Welt am Fuße des Wechsels direkt an der sogenannten Molzkreuzung. Dieses Ferienhaus, welches von unseren Vorfahren ca. 1880 gebaut wurde, ist von uns von 2022 bis 2024 in liebevoller Handarbeit innen und außen komplett saniert worden. Somit steht Ihrem Urlaub mit höchstem Komfort nichts mehr im Wege.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

This 100m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor offers you two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed), a large living room with a double sofa bed, a large eat-in kitchen with a pellet stove and access to the winter garden. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and a washing machine and dryer. Separately the toilet.
