Train/bus station, cafes/restaurants and most of the tourist attractions are within 5min walk.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. The apartment is close to the city center and bus station. There is also a river Gauja and walking/cycling trails 100 meters away. There are also stony Goat Cracks and Sense Park nearby, which are popular walking/relaxing areas. The grocery store is a 3-minute walk away, and there is a parking lot near the house. The building also has a courtyard and a garden with a canopy and a fireplace that can be used in coordination with hosts.
