House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away

Beautiful newly renovated studio apartment in the first row to the sea. Perfect for a vacation away from the noise and crowds. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm) and a 43" smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and green nature. Just a few steps down the private stairs, guests can enjoy the sun, sea and shade under the olive trees and pine trees. Private deck chairs and an outdoor shower are provided for guests.
