The plus: private parking space in a secure residence located 10 min walk away (800 m). Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Close to the port and the historic centre, it is located on the 1st floor of a small detached house on our land. You have to take the stairs to get there. The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!
