Private driveway for off street parking, wheelchair access ramp off back driveway area, fenced in back yard. Beautiful promenade on back street 1 short block away overlooking the bay. This home may not be well suited to anyone with balance issues as this is a older home. Floor surfaces may be/feel uneven..

This quiet location abuts Trinity Cemetery in the back and has a cozy but tranquil patio and enclosed back yard to grill out in the beautiful Erie Summer and fall.
