The house has around 190 sq. meters of built area (house, kiosk, service area and pergola) and is 900 meters from the beach with easy access by Avenida Saquarema and Atlantida, a differential for those who want to rest in a peaceful and quiet place. Note: There is no air conditioning in the house, only a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Only 1 small pet will be allowed.
