From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Spacious, bright and sunny apartment equipped with every comfort where you can spend your days in peace in a warm and welcoming environment just a stone's throw from the Premia Spa, a few meters from the renowned Cadarese cliffs, in the immediate vicinity of the Toce Waterfall and the Formazza ski slopes. The accommodation offers a living room with an equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and balconies with panoramic views.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
