Newly-built house, tastefully and fully furnished, all modern comforts, wide windows and plenty of natural light, high wooden ceilings (4.5 m in the living room), suitable for 4/7 guests, two bedrooms and a sofabed, private indoor garage and more parking outside. Two spacious balconies in solid wood with deck chairs, small table and chairs (fine for aperitfs). Pizzeria 50 m. away, bakery across the street. Dedicated area for skis and skiboots. Town centre only 5-minute walk away.

In the historic Via Villini, a short walk from the central square of Ponte di Legno and ski facilities, a splendid loft duplex apartment with incredible mountain views, inside a renovated period villa, surrounded by greenery. Esclusiva baita con vista panoramica sul gruppo dell'Adamello. Ubicata in posizione dominante a pochi minuti dal paese di Villa dalegno,dove gestiamo il nostro agriturismo Belotti. RAGGIUNGIBILE SU STRADA STERRATA IN SALITA DELLA DURATA DI 5 MINUTI CON AUTO 4X4 E' compreso nel prezzo il servizio di trasporto bagagli con la jeep o il quad . In inverno la strada è impraticabile causa neve, per cui è necessario salire a piedi, con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.

The environment is bright, well-equipped, comfortable and overlooks the outdoor garden, fully usable by guests. It has a private covered parking space.
