Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

With the magnificent view over Motovun, villa is offering the unforgettable moments to every nature lover’s. The house is for 6 persons+ 2 people can sleep in the living room, 240 m2 on two levels. The swimming season in the pool is from May to November.

We also provide a parking place for 1 car.

A new house in the typical style of the Istrian region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your sole use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Note: The pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for a maximum of 10 hours/day and will be charged additionally.
