Tropical style, with a 180-degree view of the ocean, this house is located on a cliff, within the Costa do Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an infinity-edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand-up paddleboarding and mountain biking can be done daily. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers. Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us.
