The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers.
