A casa fica a 3 passos da belíssima praia da Costa Nova, com as suas típicas casas coloridas. O apartamento foi renovado e encontra-se óptimo estado. O mercado, com peixe e marisco fresco, fica a 5 minutos a pé. As famosas tripas com chocolate da Costa Nova, junto à Ria, estão mesmo ao lado, bem como uma ampla gama de restaurantes. A cidade de Aveiro, com os seus canais e pontos de interesse turístico, fica a meros 10 minutos de carro. É o local perfeito para umas excelentes férias.
