This is a newly renovated house and a new flat (the bedroom is a living room separated by a tasteful wall, there is a equipped kitchen, big closet + cleaning room, bathroom with toilet + large terrace in the courtyard. The apartment is located near Prague Castle, 3 minutes from Dejvická metro station. The bedroom is noisy from the noise of the city. The apartment is peaceful and clean. It is equipped with a washing machine with dryer, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, TV, dishwasher, barbecue, stylish furniture, etc. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Cozy apartment overlooking the garden near the center

The apartment is not big, only 60m2. Grocery and drinks for the first breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea are available after the duration of the stay. Equipped kitchen is fully available. MINIMUM number of nights to rent is 5. Quiet street overlooking the garden. To the center about 10 min 2 tram stations to metro station B, C. B: Palmovka, C: Nádraží Holešovice. There are 3 pubs in the street, they cook home-cooked meals in the price of about 95 CZK, 5 minutes on foot is the shopping center DM, Albert and Bill.

Newly reconstructed one bedroom flat for a maximum of 6 people. It is an ideal place for staying in Prague and suitable for long-term stay. The flat is on the way from the airport to the city centre and easily reached by public transport. The flat is just 15 minutes from the airport by bus (no.119) and 6 minutes walk from ‘Veleslavin’ bus station. There are local amenities nearby including an ATM, and KFC. The flat is only 100 metres from the tram stop and 400 metres from the underground.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and is very quiet and peaceful. This apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big, really big terrace. It is ideal for couples or max. 3 people.
