“The room was very good as seen in the picture, and the shared area was very comfortable. Everything made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The host was very nice and gave us Christmas gifts the night before we left. The stay here gave us Bringing fond memories in Prague.”
While away long balmy evenings with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over glorious Petrin Hill from the private rooftop terrace. Cozy up against the plush studded headboard and drift off to sleep after a busy day exploring the city.
“LOCATION: ideal - 5 minute walk from Národní Trida station and shopping center with various fast food options, Tesco and Billa grocery stores, pharmacies, and various transport links. - handy tram lines available a few minutes walk the other direction on Lazarská and Vodičkova - reasonable walking distance to main tourist areas including Old Town, Charles Bridge, Malta Strana, and Petrin funicular. - apartment is on 6th floor so still relatively quiet though pretty much in the heart of the action SPACE/AMENITIES: - adequate studio for 2 - couch is comfy, as opposed to the second-hand or more uncomfortable IKEA items usually in AirBnBs - mattress is a nicer, large memory foam one. Quite firm. - kitchen has all the basics you might need, as well as handy extras like a dishwasher and washing machine; we really appreciated these convenient luxuries when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay due to illness. - great waterfall shower with very good water pressure HOST: - Martina (and her friend, Jan, who helped us check in on the day) was very quick to respond to messages and provide assistance”
- private apartment with balcony - located in a charming neighbourhood where you can experience life as a local - the old city center is 2 metro stops away - the river Vltava is a 10 minute walk from the apartment with some great places to explore on its banks - fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay and feel at home
“The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable for an 8 day stay. Situated in the safe and beautiful Karlin district of Prague it was right next to trams and trains, not to mention the huge selection of shops and restaurants nearby. All of these nearby shops accepted bank cards and local currency. Each day we would do the 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Prague beside Charles Bridge. For non waking enthusiasts, it's around a 10 minute journey by tram at a cost of 25CZK. The amenities were as described. A kettle, TV/Netflix, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, a comfortable bed as well as a great shower. The kitchen has 2 hobs and a microwave/grill/combi oven with plenty of cutlery and Delph for up to 4 people. I was really impressed with the apartment and I am already looking to return with my partner in a few months time.”
