My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, ski resorts and the St Julien lake. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains games for children (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quiet of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Located on the top floor of a small building, the "Le Nid" apartment (completely renovated) offers all the comforts of a small chalet thanks to its independent entrance and large terrace with incomparable panoramic views. Good location, a 5-minute walk from the center of the resort and the ski lifts (via stairs). In summer, hiking trails are accessible close to the apartment. Easy parking and unloading.

Spacious and quiet accommodation with a fenced garden and spa on the veranda. You can make pizza evenings with the wood oven. Very quiet neighborhood despite the proximity of the church, the bell tower only rings at 12pm and 7pm. In the village there is a football stadium, a bowling alley and children's games. Departure from many cycling or walking tours. You are a 5 minute drive from a large area on Gap. Rambaud is located near Lake Serre-Ponçon.

Access and return of the ski area directly by the slope in front of the apartment (Slope of the boyes).
